Core Pro features are cross-cloud instant copy, file change notification, the encrypted file system, access monitoring and permissions, multi-cloud backup, and separate WebDAV user management.
Core Pro features and App Pro are separate things: one governs your clouds, the other governs playback. Together they are the Ultimate Bundle. Core Lifetime members as of 31 August 2026 are upgraded to it free.
Lifetime Lite covers the base tier but no Core Pro features. It stacks with a monthly or yearly subscription: while the subscription runs you hold the Lite lifetime entitlement and the subscription's Core Pro features at the same time. You can also pay the difference later to upgrade to full Core Lifetime, or go straight to the Ultimate Bundle.

The lifetime core entitlement and every advanced playback feature in one purchase. If you already hold Lifetime Lite you can upgrade straight to this bundle.
Core Lifetime members as of 31 August 2026 receive this bundle for free and do not need to buy it again.

Where to buy, how to restore
Purchase channels
Two routes — take either:
- Buy in the app with your CloudDrive account.
- If you installed the app from the App Store, Google Play or the Meta store, buy through that store instead.
On the App Store and Google Play, monthly and yearly come in two forms: a one-time month or year that simply ends when the term is up, and an auto-renewing subscription that renews on its own — cancel it any time in the store's subscription settings and you keep what you have paid for until the period ends. Bought in the app with your CloudDrive account, they are always one-time.
The yuan figures on this page are the direct-purchase prices; the dollar figures are the store list prices. The two do not line up, and the first reason is that the monthly and yearly prices in a store include that store's commission — Apple, Google and Meta each take a cut of every in-app purchase, and that cost is built into the list price. A direct purchase has no such layer, so it lists lower. On top of that, each store has its own price tiers, Apple and the others constrain how a live price may be changed, and exchange rates move — so what a store actually shows you can differ from both figures. The price shown in the store is the one that applies.
Store rules at Apple, Google and Meta mean activation codes, account balance, coupon codes and referral codes cannot be applied to a purchase made through the App Store, Google Play or the Meta store. To use any of them, buy in the app with your CloudDrive account instead.
Restoring a purchase
Core membership and App Pro both follow your CloudDrive account. Change computers, change phones, change platform, reinstall the system — sign in with the same account and your entitlements are there.
Buying through an app store works the same way: the entitlement is recorded against your CloudDrive account, not against the store account or the device.

How does the free Ultimate Bundle upgrade work?
Through the testing stage, Core Lifetime members had all of App Pro's features switched on. The suggestions, bug reports and feedback those members sent in are a large part of why the product is where it is, so we are making that entitlement permanent: every Core Lifetime member as of 31 August 2026 — including the ¥299 Accessibility Lifetime tier — is upgraded to the Ultimate Bundle, which is Core Lifetime plus App Pro.
Lifetime Lite is not included. To come along with it, pay the difference to upgrade to Core Lifetime before 31 August.
Like every other purchase, it is recorded against your CloudDrive account and applies on any device you sign in on.
How do activation, coupon and referral codes and account balance work?
Buy in the app with your CloudDrive account and you can enter an activation, coupon or referral code at checkout, or put your account balance towards the price.
None of them can be used on a store purchase. Apple, Google and Meta do not allow a third party to apply its own discounts inside the store's payment flow, so a purchase through the App Store, Google Play or the Meta store is always at the price the store shows. If you are holding a code or a balance, take the direct route instead.
Which features are Core Pro?
Fast cross-cloud copying, file change notifications, the encrypted filesystem, per-application permissions, multi-cloud backup, and independent WebDAV users. These are core capabilities, governed by Core membership, and they behave the same on every device. See core features.
What does App Pro unlock?
HDR and Dolby Vision, DSD playback, ISO disc playback (Blu-ray, DVD and SACD, disc menus included), AI subtitle translation, the Emby and Jellyfin media client, and VR video playback of every kind. These run on the device and are independent of Core membership.
Without App Pro each of these plays for a 10-second demo. DSD means the format as a whole — native DSD, DoP or converted to PCM, it is the same 10 seconds.
What can I do on the free tier?
Connect up to two cloud drives and create one local mount. Browsing, playback, transfers and backup all work. Core Pro features are not included.
What is the 200 MB limit on encrypted files?
To prevent abuse, encrypted files uploaded to cloud storage are capped at 200 MB each for monthly and yearly members. Lifetime members are exempt, and encrypted files kept in local folders have no size limit. This limit may be adjusted in future.
Do I need both Core membership and App Pro?
Not necessarily. If you only want to mount clouds as local disks, copy between clouds and run encrypted backups, Core membership is enough. If you only want Dolby Vision, Blu-ray ISOs and DSD on your phone or TV, App Pro is enough. If you want both, look at the Ultimate Bundle.
