4.2 数据收集政策：只有当用户选择启用云同步功能时，用户才明确授权 CloudDrive 在服务器端收集其云存储数据。对于云数据中的刷新令牌和访问令牌，CloudDrive 仅在必要时进行收集和使用以刷新访问令牌，这些令牌将采用高强度加密保存；而诸如 cookies、会话密钥等其他数据，以及非必要使用的刷新令牌和访问令牌数据，则使用用户的密码进行加密，并以不可解密的方式存储。所有通过云同步功能收集的数据均会被加密，并仅用于维持对云存储服务的授权访问，不会被用于其他任何用途。
4.3 数据安全：CloudDrive 将采取合理且严格的安全措施保护用户数据的安全性和机密性。在存储用户的云存储令牌和登录数据时，所有数据均会被加密处理。CloudDrive 不会以明文或任何可解密的形式保存用户密码，而只保留其哈希值。
5.1 CloudDrive是一款用于管理多个云盘服务的工具，但不提供实际的网盘存储服务。用户通过CloudDrive添加的网盘服务商负责提供网盘存储服务。CloudDrive不对因用户网盘服务商问题或用户不当使用CloudDrive所导致的数据丢失、损坏或账户封禁承担任何责任。
5.2 CloudDrive的部分功能依赖于云存储服务商提供的特定功能。如因云存储服务商对其功能进行更改或取消，导致CloudDrive部分功能失效或无法实现，CloudDrive不对此承担任何责任。
6.1 用户可以随时停止使用CloudDrive，并将其卸载或删除。
6.2 CloudDrive保留随时终止、暂停或限制用户访问CloudDrive的权利，包括但不限于用户违反本协议的任何条款、从事违法活动、侵犯他人权益、未能按时支付适用的订阅费用（如有），或滥用CloudDrive的服务或资源等情况。
7.1 CloudDrive及其相关内容（包括但不限于软件、图像、标识、商标、服务标识和标识）是CloudDrive或其许可方的专有知识产权。未经CloudDrive或其许可方的明确许可，用户不得以任何方式使用、复制、修改或传播这些内容。
本协议受中华人民共和国法律管辖，并应解释为符合该法律的规定。如发生任何争议，应提交至有管辖权的人民法院解决。

2.1 Grant of License: CloudDrive grants the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CloudDrive subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
2.2 Restrictions: The user shall not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to obtain the source code or non-public APIs of CloudDrive. The user shall not crack, tamper with, copy, or distribute CloudDrive in any way. The user shall not engage in illegal activities or infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others. The user shall not use CloudDrive on unauthorized devices or operating systems. The user shall comply with applicable laws, regulations, and the terms of this agreement.
3.1 Free Usage: CloudDrive offers basic features for free, but certain advanced features and services may require a subscription, details of which will be available on the subscription page.
3.2 Paid Subscription: Users can choose to subscribe to a paid plan to access additional features and services. The details of the paid subscription will be clearly stated on the subscription page.
4.1 Privacy Policy: Users must comply with CloudDrive's privacy policy when using the service. This policy details how CloudDrive collects, uses, and protects users' personal information, including—but not limited to—the following data:
4.2 Data Collection Policy: CloudDrive will only collect cloud storage data if the user chooses to enable the cloud sync feature. In such cases, refresh tokens and access tokens will only be collected and used, when necessary, to refresh access tokens, and they will be stored using high industry-standard encryption. Other cloud data, such as cookies, session keys, and any non-essential refresh or access token data, will be encrypted using the user's password in a non-decryptable manner. All data collected via the cloud sync feature will be encrypted and used solely to maintain authorized access to the cloud storage services.
4.3 Data Security: CloudDrive implements robust security measures to protect the integrity and confidentiality of user data. When storing cloud storage data and login information, all data is encrypted. CloudDrive does not store user passwords in plain text or any decryptable format, retaining only their hash values.
5.1 CloudDrive is a tool for managing multiple cloud storage services but does not provide actual cloud storage services. Cloud storage services are provided by the user's chosen cloud storage providers. CloudDrive shall not be held responsible for any data loss, damage, or user account suspension caused by issues related to the user's cloud storage providers or due to the user's misuse of CloudDrive.
5.2 Some features of CloudDrive depend on specific features provided by cloud storage services. CloudDrive shall not be held responsible for any loss of functionality or features resulting from changes to those cloud storage providers' features.
6.1 Users may stop using CloudDrive at any time by uninstalling or deleting it.
6.2 CloudDrive reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or restrict user access to CloudDrive at any time, including but not limited to situations where the user violates any terms of this agreement, engages in illegal activities, infringes upon the rights of others, fails to pay applicable subscription fees (if any), or abuses CloudDrive's services or resources.
7.1 CloudDrive and its related content (including but not limited to software, images, logos, trademarks, service marks, and icons) are the proprietary intellectual property of CloudDrive or its licensors. Users are prohibited from using, copying, modifying, or distributing these contents in any way without explicit permission from CloudDrive or its licensors.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China and shall be interpreted in accordance with those laws. Any disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
By using CloudDrive, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
